Michael Sharples - Founder

With over 30 years in the roofing industry, Michael has built a reputation for expertise, integrity, and strong relationships. His journey began working on roofs alongside his father, a builder and plumber, before discovering his passion for sales and business. After early ventures in finance and entrepreneurship, he found his niche in roofing consultancy, working with industry leaders like Bauder and Langley Waterproofing.

Michael later founded Under 1 Roofing Consultants, successfully running it for 20 years before selling to Everlast Group, where he spent three years in business development. However, his passion for independent consultancy led him to establish Dragonfly Lancs Ltd, where he continues to provide expert, unbiased roofing advice to clients across the commercial sector.
